Our Return Commitment
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most of our fine jewelry collections, including:

- Anniversary Rings
- Eternity Rings

- Pave Rings
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity of our craftsmanship, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed or engraved rings
- Items showing signs of wear or alteration
- Products without original packaging and certification
The Return Process

Within 2 business days, our customer service will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid shipping label (for US returns)
- Detailed packing instructions
Step 3: Prepare Your Package

- The item is in its original, unworn condition
- Security tags remain attached
Step 4: Ship Your Return
For international returns outside the US:
